You cannot consider or anticipate all the things people will do outside of what the system had intended. If you go through the steps that the to resolve the matter, that should be that.

There should be a legal requirement that if someone participates in this sort of business practice, that they stick to the legal process to a T. If something gets expunged, they need to be proactively monitoring that and removing the profiles automatically with ZERO intervention on the person's part and ZERO cost associated.

Requiring a person report their expungement to this site (and every other one that exists) to remove their profiles or else charge money to do it automatically should be CRIMINAL.

There should be no "well ya should have thought about that" argument here. What this guy is doing is wrong. Period.

Like I said, I never said I agreed with the website, but it is there, and there are others that do the same thing. I could not agree more with what is bolded.

Whatever your belief is, "well you should have thought about that" is an argument in this day and age. Within minutes of getting "busted" you can be on the news, internet, radio, etc. If you are doing something illegal, you need to think about all of the consequences. What is it going to do to you, your family, your place of employment, etc. We don't live in a bubble anymore.

A message from myself and the rest of the KCSR staff:

I have to politely decline sponsor of KCSR, for a few simple reasons.

1) Even though its "legal", to me its just to on the border to want KCSR involved with it
(We have enough legal issues, don't need anymore)

2) Its a business centered around criminal activities, and well pissing off criminals.
(Not the thing I want KCSR associated with)

3) KCSR can be selective with who/what they allow to sponsor this site.
(This isn't the first company we have turned down this year, it won't be the last)

4) I personally (and I think John and Ken as well) feel great about supporting local business. IE: Santa Fe, DYI, Mark and Jeremiah, and the 3 new sponsors we have coming on board... (BryanW203's parents store, TylerR's mothers sign company, etc) I just couldn't get the "warm and fuzziness" from this company.

We are all about local business and people making money, however at time based on the few items I listed above, and the blatant disapproval from the majority of the members posting in this thread, I am going to have to decline sponsorship if that was going to be mentioned.

Sorry I've been taking forever to get ours up there too. Waiting on the other guy to get back from a vacation this week so we can decide on a banner picture and then paypal or hand you some cash.
