Meanwhile, the US Government itself has invested into cryptocurrency and blockchain, and is poking and prodding around the space to one day replace paper money entirely, as we ramp up production on those Harriet Tubman $20's.

If the consequential power implications weren't so scary, The idea of facebook having its own krypto brand sounds the most fun, practical, and most transparent to me.

Heck if i had it my way Youtube, Google and all thei fake trolling & spam accounts would cease to exist and facebook would the primary avenue of video uploading as well.

It's too bad Zuckerberg had to sell out and go public out of greed what seems like so long ago now. He could have really helped to stop this clusterfudge of nonstop fake news from people scared to associate themselves and their opinions with real profiles.

A buddy of mine (not wealthy by any means), has made around $500k in the past 3-4 months trading it. It all reeks of 80/90s pump and dump penny stocks. Everything he tells me sounds exactly the same. Good for him for making that money, I guess, but it's all just nuts.

And I know a ton of people that say "well all currency is fiat anyway", but it is also vastly different. There is the implication that some (USD) is value to a currency based on the strength and solvency of said nation.
