crv jdm motor swap questions - KCSR

Im swapping in a jdm b20b, 97 crv 5 speed. Us spec motor has been pulled . Can I keep the jdm intake manifold on there and run that? Banjo bolt on end of rail, usdm has a banjo in the middle of rail..looks like it may fit fine.
How to loop or bypass crank sensor? Seen the write up on Internet but everything I've searched on Internet is dated back 10yrs or pics aren't hosted anymore.
Any advice is appreciated. I will figure out out eventually. Can't justify paying the local tuner shop the $850 bucks to drop in my longblock.
