![]() Went to put on new front rotors and brakes and noticed there two different sizes of rotors. New EX rotor fine on passenger side but too big for drivers side. I assume the drivers side has been replaced with DX or other front end parts.
Off hand does anyone know what or how much has to be replaced to put back to EX. The knuckle for one but are the rest of the parts the same on the DX and EX... |

![]() You'll need the knuckle, caliper and caliper bracket.

![]() Caliper bracket is the same both sides. Not sure on the caliper so far. I believe the difference between the two sides is the caliper bracket thread location. Locating a knuckle will be fun...
Also find an additional hose off the breather with no place to plug in. I assume there was an addition outlet with the Y8 setup. thx for the response..... Last edited by Rebelwork; 2016-07-24 at 07:13 AM.. |

![]() The bracket is correct but didn't check the caliper yet as it was hot and had other things to do. Possible the caliper and bracket are correct just not the knuckle.Guess the knuckle fits universal but has a bolt pattern designed for a smaller rotor.
Gotta start hunting for the correct knuckle to correct this offset..thks |
