SF should have won that game.

I feel like they didn't fully commit to the run game. They should've never been passing up 10 in the 4th Q. I don't know wtf shanahan was thinking. He flat out got out coached.

you can't give the chiefs the ball. Too many weapons, even for that SF defense. One good series gave them the spark and they just caught fire.

I bet on the chiefs, btw.

I think in the end the 49ers defense just got wore out. Congrats to the Chiefs for hanging in there and pulling out a victory. Lamar Hunt Im sure is smiling from above.

Chiefs already working on 2020. Club has signed TE Nick Keizer to a deal for next season, per source. Keizer spent 2019 on the practice squad, showed a lot of potential as a pass catcher and has power as a blocker.

I work 3 blocks off of the parade route, right in the heart of down town. Trying to decide if I want to be a part of the fucking madness or just work remotely that day.

The Chiefs signed nine players to futures deals Tuesday, according to the NFL’s transactions report.

The list includes quarterback Kyle Shurmur.

Shurmur, the son of former Giants head coach and current Broncos offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur, went undrafted out of Vanderbilt last spring. He signed with the Chiefs, who waived him out of the preseason.

Shurmur re-signed to the team’s practice squad.

He spent a week on the active roster after Patrick Mahomes was injured. The Chiefs waived Shurmur when Chad Henne returned from injured reserve Nov. 2.

Receiver Joe Fortson, tight end Nick Keizer, linebacker Emmanuel Smith, defensive tackle Braxton Hoyett, defensive back Elijah McGuire, defensive lineman Devaroe Lawrence, defensive back Chris Lammons and running back Mike Weber were the other players signed by the Chiefs to futures deals.

Backup QB position will be interesting to watch since both Henne and Moore are FA.

Moore did a good job filling in for Mahomes. I just hope they dont gut this team like the Royals were after they won the World Series

My guess is Moore doesn't get resigned. He wasn't on the active roster for pretty much any of the time Henne was healthy.

Hopefully the chiefs make a Trade for a backup on another team, Reid will train anybody. Maybe a 7th round pick for Josh Rosen on Miami or someone that needs new scenery.

The Chiefs have re-signed WR Gehrig Dieter. He’s back in the fold for further development with the Super Bowl champs after finishing the season on the practice squad.
