Looking at a '98 Eclipse GSX - KCSR

Seems I might be looking at this 2G for my friend, who lives out of state, on Sunday. I just need some info of things to look at, I don't know much about these cars at all and the issues they may or may not have to look for. This car seems to be in pretty good shape and has really low miles, barely modded.
