How does everyone feel about spyderco's knives? I have a delica 4 vg10 steel and in love it.

My favorite manufacture. I have/had a delica4, delica 4 Emerson , delica 4 in zdp-189, p'kal, lum, pm2, tenacious, Gayle Bradley. Looking to get the new karambit they made forgot what they call it. Spyderhawk (?)

I don't collect them, but currently own the Bug, Honeybee, Grasshopper, and a Citadel 83mm. The Citadel is a discontinued automatic. I love the Citadel ... awesome design, well crafted, fires hard. I recommend buying one if you can find it.

I love Spyderco knives. A Delica was my first pocket knife purchase. And although I've bought and sold several Spydie's, I still have that Delica. It's a fairly worn, mainly the pocket clip, but it's a trooper!

I recently bought their knife sharpener, too. It's a really good tool for folks like myself that struggle with sharpening.

I had an endura 4 full flat ground g10. Absolutely loved it. I lost it though : ( clip got loose and it must of slipped out somewhere.

vg10 stayed crazy sharp
g10 grip was surprisingly good even when wet

It was about as large of edc as you'd want probly too big for most people. I'd prefer somthing a little smaller this time around

I don't see the reason for all the love. I hate the cheesy plastic handles and most are made foreign. Ehhh buy benchmark be happy

Don't like the designs, lol. Just not my style. They are fantastic knives, there's no doubting that...but it all comes down to personal preference. (cept for Southard's collab....oh my god sex)

I have a Delica 4 VG10 FFG and it is crazy sharp. The FRN handle feels cheap, but the knife as a whole is pretty solid. I got super used to my Kershaw Leek and its assisted opening, so that is really my only complaint.

Centofante Memoryt

I love them all in their own way. I carry the lightweight the most, but that's because the Tenacious is now in Josh's pocket since he lost his Benchmade Auto. The Centofante is my carry when dressed up a bit.

Got some cheapie off a knife forum. All this for 40 bucks. Include 3 spydercos. I really only bought it for the endura which had a broken tip and regrounded

don't mean to go off topic, but how does spyderco compare to benchmade? i bought a kershaw leek for my edc but now i'm kinda thinking i should have bought a benchmade (mini grip) or from what i have seen a spyderco (delica).

Kershaw's higher end line Zero Tolerance is more in line with the newer spyderco's but they get to be $175 and up. The endura/delica is a fantastic knife for the money. I have a damascus Leek and it just sits in the safe, I only got it when I started collecting damascus stuff, but it was insanely sharp from the factory.
