Default Brag about yourself since the last time KCSR was up.

Ok it’s been a while since KCSR has truly been up and running. This is your time to brag about yourself and your accomplishments since KCSR version 1? I guess haha

I trained the number #13 ranked powerlifter of all time regardless of weight class, gender or equipment from zero experience to one of the best to ever be including an all time world record squat in their class (165lb class). Said persons ranking was achieved in knee sleeves only while everyone ranked above them has worn knee wraps. If you look at sleeves only rankings, they are the number 4 lifter ever, all time, of everyone.

I have a very successful gym and PT business that has allowed me to work with and train many athletes of similar caliber and help them achieve their dreams. It's also allowed me a real opportunity help beginner and novice gym goers fall in love with taking care of themselves and realizing strength is for everyone.

That’s cool a hell! Did you go back to school for PT?

I did not. My education is probably a little untraditional as I chose to go to a great deal of seminars from some of the best minds in the field offered around the country in the field I was wanting to operate in, strength and conditioning.

While much of the traditional schooling and certification methods are great. Especially if you want to be a productive trainer for a larger gym franchise they're not so great at teaching you how to train and program for elite level athletes.

Took me forever to remember my password! Happy to see that it is back and happy to see a familiar name already.

I don’t remember when the forum got shut down for a while, but I bought a motorcycle. Nothing really exciting

Bought a Tesla and working from home. Got fatter not going to the gym (or anywhere really), but just started going again, since I got the Rona and have a few months of immunity now. Got to drop that “Covid 19”. That’s about it.

Got engaged, postponed the wedding due to 'rona so we're looking at April this year. Been living together for a couple years now and working from home mostly since last April and haven't driven each other crazy, so that's good. I handle Sales and Marketing for Painless Wiring, moved down here to work for them back in April of '14 and am still at that.

Picked up my first newish/warrantied car, got a 2019 Buick Regal TourX as I wanted a wagon that I could trust on long drives a little more than my '98 Volvo (as reliable as it was, peace of mind on something newer is always nice). Took it to New York and averaged right around 30 mpg, not mad about it.

Got a mountain bike back in April to have a hobby during the pandemic, it snowballed and I bought a full suspension Santa Cruz in August, then a gravel bike in December. Probably am in better shape than I have been in the last 10 years. It's a ton of fun to get out on 2 wheels, and it's keeping me from getting an MX bike again which I debated (and don't need).

Life is still consumed with cars. Sell them during the day. Build and modify them on the side. Married TwoDucks and started a family with our perfect son.

Been busy. New career and new venue opening. Married off daughter number one. One down, and one to go and they’re both off of the books. My family has had little to no impact from Covid-19. I’ll take it!

I died once. Successfully procured the cure for not having herpes. Lost my virginity at the zoo. Discovered the optimum number of individual trashbags needed to dispose of a corpse. Perfected buttered toast and forgot to grow up.

I've been totes busy.

Left the bank in 2017, working for Cox automotive now.
We bought a house in merriam in 2015, just sold it and bought a 3k sqft house in blue springs. I got promoted at work to Supervisor of operations, wife is still with the Kauffman foundation and our daughter Ridley is in kindergarten.

Life has been good since last log in. Lots of adulting accomplished.

Continuously pushing forward and working on bettering myself while dealing with extreme anxiety and PTSD. Huge accomplishment for me.

Bought a couple cars and got engaged since I last posted. No major complaints, though life is a little stressful right now.

Glad to see the site back.

I changed careers, got married, bought my first house, have my first kid on the way and still have my childhood dream car after 10 years of ownership.

I may have “grown up”, but I’m still not beneath pointing out pointy elbows on a hot chick.

SINCE I LOGGED OFF KCSR LAST

- Co-owned and sold (2) companies
- Likely owned and sold (15+ cars)

- Had a freaking KID! (should have done it sooner)

- Bought and sold (7) houses (my relators love me lol)

- Won two championships on a dirtbike
- Retired from riding, haven't rode since

- Focused on a small group of friends (not hundreds)
- Became content with what I have (not what I thought I wanted)

Basically, I became my father... my car projects faded, family time comes first, I got a beer belly, and all I wanna do is laugh with my small group of friends. LOL.

Had a few kids. Bought and sold a few houses. Several trucks, cars and motorcycles later. Got back into bicycling, I have a watch problem. And I have chickens.
