my buddy in OK has a turbo LS1 buggy thats pretty sick, me and Joey G went out at midnight with him on the dunes...20ft of air and super soft landings are awesome. I will be headed down this spring to take Tucker out on the sand for his 1st time.

I'd say dune buggy no matter what. Waynoka is definitely close enough for weekend trips, and it's a fucking blast.

my vote's for the buggy. i wish i had one now. the fact that they're engineered to have the shit beaten out of them gives me a chub.

because there are so many deserts to run a dune buggy in around here...

you can offroad in a stock pick up or dirtbike or four wheeler, it would be stupid to pass the coupe for someting that is cool but not very special IMHO

I guess I'm just one for adrenalin rushes. I don't mind driving down to the OK border to tear up the dunes. Its just another reason to get out of town for the weekend. Plus I would rip it around the block real quick before the cops are even called and be just as happy as if I drove it for 20 minutes,

Super old video but how can you want to "cruise" in the hot rod when a 10 year olds off doing this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFnf17cp3Eg

That's Chuck's car. He still has it.

And of course.... I'd have to find some way to make that buggy street legal.
