Kansas states defense is horrific and their offensiveplay calling on the drive two possessions ago is questionable

ksu is giving this game away.
Snyder or whoever is calling plays is pulling an andy reid. The running game is working.... but lets have the KSU QB throw the ball when he is currently 11 for 29...

Defense is def showing some short comings.

Doubt KSU would have even broke too far into the top 25 with a win.

Is TCU worse than we thought or K-State better? I don't know... I still lost $20.

Bad day for me on gambling for me to say the least.

So many young players... can tell missouri will be good soon, but not there yet. Lock has limitless potential. No excuses, Mizzou has a ways to go.

Every time we are within 10 yards it's a QB keeper. Who else would you expect to get the TDs? Shit on 1 of those alone it was 3 QB keeper plays in a row from the 2 yard line.

I'm being a real ass because I'm pointing out the flaws of our team? Sorry I do not settle for mediocrity. We're barely mediocre at this point. We'll be lucky to make a bowl game this year.

Barely mediocre? We just held the #2 team in the country to a 7 point victory. The missed PI call in the 3rd and one more scoring drive would have done it. This team is not bad, its improving.

A loss is a loss, doesn't matter "how close" we were. Overall we're 2-2. 0-2 in conference. We will lose to TX, Baylor, & OU. We will beat WVU & KU. ISU & TT are questionable. Being in the bottom half of the conference is less than mediocre.
Sorry that I want a team that is #1 or #2 in the conference.

Considering we are playing with a backup QB I think we are doing fairly well.

I am a huge KSU fan, but the team is just slightly above average at this point. I think they are one or two good plays or players away from being a great team. They are losing the games that they have won in some previous years.

That said, I think Texas had their hot streak this weekend. They are still beatable. TT, KU, and ISU are all winable games. KSU has shot at OU with one or two breaks going in their favor. I don't think they will win all of those, but they have the potential to. I honestly think (and based on what Gary Patterson said) that the TCU players tried to overlook the game a little too much. KSU surprised them, and a lot of people.

On another note, how are any of the officials in the big 12 still working? Not just the ksu game(s) - the officiating has been awful all year across the board. It is a bad joke at best.

Anyone see the video of Bret Bielema getting "pushed" by an alabama player to draw a flag and then celebrate it? That, while funny, was garbage.

TCU had so many penalties first half, they decided to hold off on calling anymore for a while and that fucked us on one drive. Then, they call that bullshit post whistle contact on us, but nothing on the late hit on Huebner.

I hate bitching about refs, but that's two games in a row.

I think Bill Snyder is getting the 'ole Collin Klein wildcat style offense back together.

http://espn.go.com/college-football/...spended-season

Quote:
Florida Gators quarterback Will Grier has been suspended for the season for violating NCAA rules, according to a source.

Grier tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs, a source said. The positive test carries an automatic one-year suspension from the NCAA.

Grier Gave Gators Something to Cheer

Will Grier raised the level of what was mediocre quarterback play for the Gators last season. Here's how his stats compare to those compiled by last year's QBs Jeff Driskel and Treon Harris.

News of Grier's suspension was earlier reported by gridironnow.com.

A freshman from Davidson, North Carolina, Grier has thrown for 10 touchdowns, three interceptions and 1,204 yards for the eighth-ranked Gators.

Florida (6-0, 4-0) will travel to Death Valley to face No. 6 LSU Tigers in an SEC showdown on Saturday at 7 p.m. on ESPN.

Grier had been a breath of fresh air for the Gators at the quarterback position. He became the first Florida quarterback to pass for more than 200 yards in three consecutive games since Tim Tebow did it in 2009.
