Maybe i'm no help here but i've seen many excellent sleeves done at local shops-

not sure what engine you're doing, if you're strengthening the engine or if you're just repairing a hole

Is there a reason you need to send it somewhere far away?

Unless there's a boutique engine shop catering to your specific make of engine- I'd research the local shops -specifically those with engine dynos- those that are comfortable doing hiperf work.

call them up and ask what they charge for sleeving a block for high boost and listen to how they respond- hemming and hawwing about it may not be a good sign but there are some fantastic machinists around that dont sweat anything-as long as it can be cut-they'll cut it and cut it right.

around here- Darrel Craig is pretty much retired-Now he CNCs billet connecting rods for tractor pull engines in his spare time,lol- sold the rest of his stuff to a couple of jokers in Lawrence- i dont take hi-perf stuff to them.

I've never had them sleeve anything, but Pat Forsythe and Doc Little of Automotive Machine & Precision in Lawrence gets all my business- They're great to work with. They spent a whole sunday with my engine on their pump trying out different combo's to really dial in that engine-

If you find a local shop then you may save over shipping your mill to and from someone else- good luck with your build.

GE sir. It's worth the wait, plus it gives you time to source and purchase your other parts.
