Default Anybody know any places looking for a bartender?

I normally wouldn't ask this here, but it seems there are quite a few in the industry that frequent these forums. I've been out for a little over a year and looking to get back in somewhere with consistent business. This type of work just seems to work best for being in school. I've got a MO liquor license and a food handlers card as well. Tons of experience as well.

I know J. Alexander's is hurting for bartenders and is really one of the BEST restaurants to work at in Kansas City.

I know because I used to bartend there, made money hand over fist, but got fired for missing a shift I didn't know I was scheduled for. If you have fine dining experience, or really just experience in general, I would apply there. It was a GREAT job that I'm kicking myself in the ass every day for screwing up.

I put in my two weeks last Friday. No money there. That's where I went after J Alexander's.

You put in your two weeks before you had another job?

If you got good boobs, go to TP in Independence. They are crazy busy and a great place to make good money.

Edit- I was wrong. It was J. Gilberts I was thinking of.

We are always looking to add great people to the team at YH

Thanks for the heads up. Fine dining wasn't my favorite atmosphere to work in but I'll check it out for sure. Can't complain much if it's a good gig that pays.
