I was about to say I'm with you on being super busy this year however I've golfed quite a bit. Played Saturday, Monday and will be playing Friday as well. Once we take possession of the new house in 2 weeks my golf will be super limited for a while since we have a lot to do.

It's tough to work in during the week. Three of the Five Weekday nights the kids have sports / scouts obligations. Saturday mornings we have sports obligations too.

I know 2 guys that push their kids in a stroller and walk a course with 4 clubs in hand at the public course (9 holes)
You can do it if you REALLY want to.

It's more of a time commitment thing if you go back and read. Let's look at it like this. From the moment I get home from work, there is roughly 4.5 hours of daylight left, which is plenty to play a round of 18 in. That means I have 22 hours available to me M-F.

8 of those hours are consumed coaching youth sports and getting to and from those youth sports. Now I have 14.

1 of those hours is consumed with Scouting. Now I have 13.

I prepare dinner most nights. At an hour a piece, that leaves me with 8 hours. That's 8 hours spread out over the course of the week. Doesn't mean I get all of that in a day.

Like I said above, I just need to get ok with the idea of playing alone. I have 1 day a week I could squeeze a round in (which is a solid amount for me to play IMO). Problem is I waste that round trying to find someone to play with.

I'd be pretty pissed at the ol' lady if she wouldn't make dinner one night so I could play a round of golf. Especially if I hadn't played yet. lol
