Ok, KSU is down but they aren't KU bad.

KSU had some Hubener fuck ups to lose by 7 to TCU. KU won't hang that close to them.

Right. That's what happens when you lose 2 qb's in the first game of the season and you aren't OSU stacked at QB

I think you guys have it worse. At least Mizzou has a championship caliber defense. That's what makes this pathetic offense so frustrating.

I think KSU has a better chance at a bowl game.

10 points, bro. Mizzou has a top 10 defense. And a bottom 2 offense.

Yea, but they clearly beat a championship defense.

Is it? Look at the numbers. Again one of the best D lines in the country and the linebackers and defensive backs aren't bad either.

If they just had even a middling offense...

Here it comes again. TCU has a bye and drops a spot in rankings while Alabama barely beats Tennessee and jumps a spot. Have to make sure an SEC team gets to the playoffs some how.

Just unbelievable.
Listening to the radio this morning, there has been a lot of other things said.

Law enforcement is doing a blood test for other drugs, it may not have been alcohol.

Her boyfriend said that she had diabetes and wasn't treating it.

Her lawyer claims mental illness.

Her boss said she left work early and was acting fine.

Horrible tragedy all in all. I hope they get to the bottom of.

What else are you going to say? She killed a 2 year old, 3 others, and injured 40+. He is doing anything he can to lesson the punishment.

Mangino out at Iowa State.

edit - LOL. Rhoads told media before team. Reading the r/cfb thread about it, looks like Rhoads wanted more control over the offense. How Iowa State hasn't fired this moron yet is incredible.

Rhoads started out there as a decent coach. He at least brought them to bowl eligibility and surprised/held their own against some good teams once in awhile. I remember when there was talk that more established football schools would try to go after him.

Now, with KSU doing poorly, and Mangino looking for a job...It is a longshot, but I thought I would throw it out there. They won't fire snyder, but I think if he thought the right guy came around, he would step aside. Not sure what I would think of that, but there is history there.

Everything about this post is bad. Bad enough to give a small child cancer.

KSU has money for a coach, and I'd put money that Currie would keep Sean before even considering Mangino.

The first portion of my post is true. His first few years there, he was pretty highly regarded by ISU and it looked like he could build a solid program. Fortunately or unfortunately, it topped out there for them.

I am really curious what direction KSU is going to go in. Keeping Sean would be a mistake IMO. He has no head coach experience. As a coordinator, he hasn't been great. Unless he has a knack for putting underutilized and talented coaches and players together like Bill, I don't think it will turn out well. Then we are running a Snyder out of BSFS.

To get a proven, experienced D1 coach, it is going to take a massive sack of money to get them to Manhattan. I think the best bet, will be to find someone that has connections to the school already - of which, there is a long, decent list.

You expected anything different? Hell they even got a #1 vote in the AP.

Probably the same idiot that gave aTm a #1 vote every week till they lost.

I guarantee some of the people who vote don't even watch games. They just have the bias meter fully pegged to the sec.
