Default borg warner turbo? **updated with more info/better pics**

i just got a borg warner turbo. i have never seen a turbo like this. anyone ever ran one? The intake inlet is 3.5" and the outlet is 2.5".P/N is 173900 and model # is 1842337c92.

i thought it was a T4 flange but its not. does anyone know what this might be based off the measurements

wanted to show the harness and the back of the electronic box. it spins and is hooked to the middle of the turbo

The pictures are too clear for me to make anything out.

lol... i take it that is defiantly sarcasm... what info could i post about the turbo to figure something out(where would they be located).. i have searched some of the numbers and nothing has came up yet... the "box" at the bottom is electric and has 4 wires coming out of it. the guy i bought it from said that it makes this "lever" spin at different speeds and the lever is connected to the shaft of the turbo causing it to spool the turbo off 12v power, causing it to spool faster...and when i looked it over it does seem to work that way. thats the extent of what i know

Looks and sounds more like a VNT Holset turbo to me.

I have no clue about VNT Borg Warner turbos.

The only thing I can tell you is the the electronics are not straightforward for the average Joe. You can remove the electronic actuator and use an internal wastegate actuator to move the VNT rack.

as far as the turbo electronics go i dont think im even as smart as the average joe. but im "trailor queening" the car to revline when everything is droped in, fabbed to fit and everything is hooked up... other than that clip on the turbo. i need to just call them tomorrow i guess and see what they think... thanks for all the info, some of it is a little over my head but hopefully it works out... i feel like the the turbo is over kill but honestly didnt think my friend would really find it.
