Default basic vitamins, supplements etc

Okay for all the better educated health guru's than myself currently.

What would you advise or think would be good basic items to take daily.

By that i mean daily vitamins, fiber pills, fish oil, supplements, etc etc

Not looking for things to take when lifting or such just things you think any normal person should take daily.

thanks!

Multi
Whey protein for after workouts
Casein for a snack/bedtime

If you eat a well balanced diet, that should cover you, IMO.

Of course, this is assuming you're not using gear.

Multi
Omega 3
Glucosamine (I take it for my abused joints)
Melatonin (As a sleep aid)

I would suggest you look at your blood work and speak with your doctor to see if he/she would suggest anything to help "balance" anything.

And proper sleep. Getting enough good sleep is one of the most important things you can do, along with good eating habits.

Bee pollen has too many health benefits to list, google it. Its expensive, but I know a bee keeper that hooks me up for cheap.

GABA- Gamma ambulitic acid is a hormone produced by your brain that basically helps regulate the brains state of either calmness or freaking out mode.
Pretty much the brains natural form of xanax. It also has alot of other health benefits so google it, but I take it along with a cup of sleepy time tea to knock me out every night.

GABA is also the main ingredient in Dream Water (basically the opposite of 5 hour energy)
