Default Turbo causing too much heat?

I'm running a d16a6v with a full build, head block everything, but the car will over heat when driving. If you push the clutch in and take pressure off the motor it will instantly start cooling down, what can I do about this, all gaskets are good and it has fluid, i have a hug radiator in it what else can I do to solve the problem? Thanks for any help I can get.

check the tune. retarded timing will cause extra heat. too much fuel in a turbo car can cause light off in the exhaust and that heat makes it hard for the rad to cool the coolant.
poor airflow through the engine bay

Before we start telling him do this or do that why not ask him what he means by heat. I was blowing out my spark in high rpms and I tried everything and guess what it was as simple as my plugs were gaped to much from the normal that every one runs. I went from. 025 to .022 I'm going down to. 020 or. 18 to see what the car likes. More info on your set up is needed OP.

the car will stay cool with no hood on, its just building up to much heat under the hood, I have a 5in down pipe and wrapped it, that seemed to help some and i've sence put a bigger fan on it, if the hood is on the car it still gets hot but takes a lot longer then it was taking. i have no room for a bigger radiatior.... below is a picture of my setup

Speaking from experience, those cheap slim fans are crap.

A single OEM fan with shroud (very important part) flows a hell of a lot more air than two 11" Chineee slim fans did.

I see you are limited on space, so it might be worthwhile to invest in a Spal slim fan if you are not already running one. People have had better success with them it seems. I cannot speak from personal experience on them though.

Positive pressure and path of least resistance looks to me like air is going to find its way in that engine bay from everywhere but the radiator.

A shroud on the front side would not work, at least not in the conventional form.

I do agree with Scooby if and only if your overheating issues are only at speed, read above 35 MPH.

It will also get hot while setting still but only after it has been driven a while, if you just start it up and let it idle it will run all day, but take it for a long drive and then stop and the temp will climb really fast? im at a loss

You don't have enough air flow to radiator I can tell you that much just by looking at it. And a 5in down pipe?

Typo. I can tell by looking that it is not a 5" down pipe. Looks like a 3" DP to me.
