Nice. I'm always looking for a nice barn find. I don't blame ya, I would possibly do the same....and eventually build it up.

Yes......taking forever. Main thing is time. Not a lot of spare time to spend in the garage. Plus I'd rather take the time and be happy with the outcome. I'm looking for another full blown build for this winter.

This may be the next build. Saw it at 50 Hwy Cycle.

79' CB650 OHC

Plans would be GSXR or similar fork swap, swinger swap, minimal style

this is how I picked it up, so not much has changed.\

my next build I think is going to be a CB550 or an old smoker.

A good friend totaled his new victory sunday, the same stretch as your accident Russ.

Lindell has his for sale already too.

Now, let's see if you can use more than half the tire this time.

Looks like I'm going to spend $40/per to get these mounted, even AFTER I pull the things off my bike myself. Fuck this town, and their shitty cycle options.

In Manhattan area. I haven't called City Cycle in Junction, but Motorcycle Supply just got butthurt and said they won't mount them. Brooks Yamaha wants $40/per + $5/per disposal.

Most Current thing I've done for my bike is to get a second set of wheels Powdercoated White. I also got new tires and new bearings. I just didn't like the blue wheels.

I want a V-Twin sportbike :/
I want a lot more bikes than the 4 I already have.

Rode about an hour today, just got some riding therapy under my mind.

I need to get a real job first haha. I may be moving closer to a better track (as if living an hour from barber motorsports park was bad).

Stevo8 - If you really do live in Tuscaloosa, I know of quite a few good deals in the Alabama/Georgia area for Buells.
