![]() I am looking to majorly clean and then plasti dip my 2 piece True Forged wheels and they have the assembly bolts in them. Can I remove and reinstall those bolts without having balance issues? I know the bolts aren't all exactly the same weight so that is concerning me just a little.

![]() I wouldn't plasti-dip 2 piece wheels, but that's just me. Why not just get them balanced after they are all put together?

![]() What do you mean they aren't the same weight? They sell replacement parts for 2-3 piece wheels including those bolts I'd worry about torque specs (also some have a gasket that has to be replaced) in between the pieces

![]() Well for now the dip serves 2 purposes. 1 is to help keep them cleaner because they are fully polished right now. 2. I am considering powder coating them over the winter and this will allow me to see how they will look on my car in the color I want. If I don't like it, I am out 50 bucks and can clean them back up.
What I meant by the weights are different is that I would think they might be a couple ounces off here and there which could add to a big difference in weight.

![]() That's something you'd have to ask True Forged (the replacements one just comes in a bag) or box

![]() Yeah that's what I figured but knew this would be a faster response tonight while I was thinking about it.

![]() I drive it way too much and don't have a garage to keep it in right now so they look terrible.
