Default Help with undervoltage on a J10 A/V UPS.

Looking for a little help here as I'm not quite sure what to do.

I just got a APC J10 UPS, and I keep getting undervoltage alarms. The J10 is on its own circuit to the breaker panel on a 20 amp breaker using 12/2 wire with ground. I'm not quite sure what to do about it and I've tried searching but couldn't come up with anything.

A little back story...before I bought the J10 I had just a regular conditioner from Monoprice and it worked great but I was getting way over voltage. I'm talking 138 to 140's. So I made all my living room electronics be on it's own circuit and that made it stop running a lot of voltage. Undervoltage Isn't consitant, sometimes isn't normal but ya turn on a hair dryer or vacuum and it'll go down. Same thing happened before I switched to a dedicated circuit except it would spike up whenever the microwave or anything else would be on.

Open your breaker and verify you have 110-120 coming off each leg of your power. I had 119 and 72 coming off mine from KCPL. Causing similar issues. I ended up burning up a welder due to this, took KCPL 3 days to fix the issue -rerunning mainline stuff.

Ok I will do that once I'm home!

I just checked them. One is 119 volts and the other is 125 volts
