Love how he mentioned in JW's race he "had a bad pull" and next time if he gets perfect shifts he said he wouldn't be beat as bad.
I literally cracked one of my ribs after reading that.

Seriously, since stock is 278hp, and sleeper's is a factory freak prolly 300 wheel, plus 50 for that IIIINNNNNTTTAAAAAAKKKEEEE, a 250 shot should net you roughly 600 whp. Look out Evo's and GTR's.

Race that STi, sounds like a good bet for you win or loose.

I'm out for tonight. I was looking for a day race. The wife and I have dinner plans.

I've got a busy week ahead. If you are coming to the car show out in Blue Springs for the street car event we can peel off and get it done

That's similar to my "drag racing" ticket I got a few months ago. Spin tires next to a Mustang on wet roads and campus police get pissy.

I can't imagine how giddy you must be. What are you having done? Damn I CANNOT wait till I have a decent income after College. I'll buy something for like 10K and build the thing up to something for some serious fun potential.

I hope 300na should be beast mode, then I can hang with evo's and get complements from gtr owners.

Wow this thread took off...figured since I was mentioned in here I couldnt be that guy that "someone knows" so I will get in on this.

so youve got a stock accord that your parents use to use for getting groceries and once you learned to drive your parents let you use it. Neat. I remember when my mom let me drive her mini van for the first time when I was 14 too. I understand the excitement of getting behind the wheel for the first time, its really great and something we all can understand. however, seriously...if you think the accord is racecar status, well now youve just entered the world of Douche-baggery. youve seriously ruined any image you may produce, everyone here thinks your a tool and that wont ever change. So for that, congrats. also, as mentioned by lonnie and dave earlier on in here, Id be more than happy to run from a dig with you in either of my cars, caddy or Z. You choose. As of May 12th I will officially be back in town for quite some time and I look forward to spending time in KC and events, btw, hi everyone ha.

Im still curious jeff, if he races with the traction control on or off, as we discussed earlier tonight.

And lonnie, I like the car in your sig, Ive had one kind of like it, and Ill have another one just like it soon, once some friends and I are finished putting it back together.

doubt itd make a difference, but I bet he leaves it off to feel like he has a chance, I think Trac control helps in some situations, but a FWD accord that you dont really have any type of "launch" control with it, it wouldnt matter, youre just going to spin and bog down anyway, or just leave it on and do the same thing. Being a stock grandmothers grocery getter / church goer, it isnt designed to be pedal to metal racing everywhere. If this kid really wants a car he can beat on and modify to his likings, hed save up and buy his own car to have a sense of pride with, but like most high schoolers of today, its all about mommy and daddy's money and not your own.
