Default For those in the know

Just finished up an AT (mock deployment exercise 18days) Now lifes back to normal. I was able to manage atleast 1g protien per lb bodyweight a day but basically didn't touch weights or cardio the whole time.

Back to my routine I'm eating about 50g protien 50g carb and roughly 20g of fats in each meal. 6 meals a day sometimes 7.

sample (eat an apple with every real meat meal)
3whole eggs 3/4cup eggwhites
50g carb oats or ezekeil bread

50g protein powder
50g carbs 2 banas
20g fats penut butter

8oz chicken
50g carb rice
20g fat penauts/almonds

8oz chicken
50g carb potatoes
20g fat almonds

50g protein powder (postworkout)
50g fast carbs cinnomon toast crunch
10g creatine

3eggs 3/4cup eggwhites
40g carbs ezekeil bread

Current stats 200-205 after waking up and taking a piss. Best lifts as ~2weeks ago
arms 16.2
legs 26.3
waist 35 inch below bellybutton
squats 345 x 6 reps had more
bench 275 x 3
deadlifts 405 x 5 easy

weights been going up steady 1 lb every 7-10 days

I'm 5'11 my goal weight is about like this photo around 240lbs with that conditioning. Basically just beyond natural weight but not pro level or anything.

My questions are what do I need to be doing to stay on track. When is the right time to introduce supplements, Are fina kits still a thing? . What supplement would be best for my goals. When and how often to consult with a physician. Keep in mind I have a very basic understanding of different supps uses and pct's nolva ect.. I know I'm a ways away but you have to start planing & preping sometime. Pms or replys would be cool thanks

They're doing great just had Jay Cutler come by for grand opening of new store. Unfortunately I had to stop in between moving and jobs after week 13.

What did I place, 3rd in the open class in my first show. Which I have even made post about not being happy with so you trying to knock me down a notch by using that is quite comical. perhaps I should just ask what show you've competed inl and what your placement was? And remember, you have to skip the novice division and just compete in the open with all the experinced big boyss just like I did.

And what that guy did and how man weeks it took doesn't mean fuck all to your or anyone else. Everyones body is different, you could do exactly what he did and gain 10lbs.

I think anyone that knows me on here will say I could care fucking less about anyone else or how big they are but you're welcome to imagine reasons as to why I think you're a fucking idiot and give you the responses i do. When in reality your questions and the way you talk about things show how unprepared you are for the path you're trying to go down. perhaps if you seemed like you had the slightest clue as to what you were doing someone might offer you some solid advice.

So the information contained within and the manner in which you post about lifting, diet etc are not indicative of your level of knowledge? why would you post in such a manner then? I mean, the questions you posted in the quoted post here just to go show your level of knowledge is very low. That is all basic and beginner level shit for someone who is looking to compete or have more than an average physique. I mean you said you "know the answer to them", but if you do, why are you asking them?

And i've actually helped A LOT of people on here, many of them through PM only as weight and looks can be a touchy subject for some.

I think Sylva and JW have forgotten more about bodybuilding and strength training than most people will ever know.

I'm not here to shit on your lifts, kid. But those numbers aren't impressive for someone your age and weight. You should have close to double the amount of free floating testosterone as JW or myself. And I still pull those numbers. And that's after one knee has been scoped, and I've torn both rotator cuffs.

My advice would be to keep eating big and keep lifting big and take advantage of whatever genetics you have before you start considering gear. Get as big as naturally possible first. And I'm sure you would agree, you haven't maxed out your genetic potential yet. So until you do, there's no point in hitting the sauce. If you don't have a medical reason (like low test or old age like some of us) and you aren't competing professionally where there is money or sponsorships at stake, the health risks and cost of the juice isn't worth it.

Get your diet in check(you need to be leaner, it'll help you gains, there is no reason to get fat) Try timing your carbs more around your workout. (pre, during, post)

Focus on big compound lifts. You don't need a ton of isolation work at this point. You're at a very very beginner level right now. You could make a TON of progress, natural, with just eating right and lifting hard.
