Message me on FB when you're ready to buy. I have a friend who buys a lot from his local AD in Kentucky and should be about to get you 20-30% off MSRP.

Is there any good reason I shouldn't buy from amazon on something like this?

only good reason to not is if you can get it cheaper elsewhere. If Amazon is the cheapest you can find the watch you want, go for it. Hamilton makes great watches.

My unassuming Frederique Constant dress watch is quickly becoming one of my favorite pieces.

Cleaning my favorite watch after my first SPRRRRAAAANNNNGGGGG break. Edit; sand was all over inside of the bezel...
New editions are the bezel and new summer strap.

One of these days I'll get around to it. I live on the road so I just don't have much time to deal with online sales.

The Explorer and the No Date Sub are goners. I like them both a lot but wear neither. The Chase Durer probably will be as well if anyone is actually willing to pay money for it.

Well, just paid for a Tudor Black Bay Heritage (Red) on the bracelet. Should be here by the end of the week. Really looking forward to this one. I love the look of it, but have never seen it in person. Below is just a stock pick from Google.

Time for the bad phone pic...

Really digging this thing. It appears to be very lightly used. The factory bracelet and nato are still in plastic, it came with the original sales receipt, and has warranty left.

Got a new daily for my dive trip back in March. I have been loving it so far. I do want to get a a nylon band with a yellow stripe to complement the watches yellow accents.

Default Design and Fabrication of the Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime

I came across this video today and this seemed the most likely place to share it. I found the whole process fascinating and thought some others here might enjoy the manufacturing and assembly aspect of it as well.

Something went wrong. Please make sure you added the video correctly.

the ONLY thing i dont like about that peice is the that it doesnt complete the circle. The weird straight peice on the bottom bugs my brain. Looks like a ton of fun though.

Yea it bothered me too initially, but after a few days you forget it's even there.

I know there are a few lumtec fans here. I finally got the opportunity to use their service department. I shipped the watches off, got a confirmation email that they were received. I got them back about two weeks later, with paperwork describing what was done (battery replacement on one and a crown tube issue on the other). Both came back with protective stickers in place, water tested, and the automatic was checked and adjusted for accuracy. A great experience from a company known for customer service.
