Default anyone have dealth with dog ear infections I need some advice

While back I picked up my moms poodle and took her as my own. Ever since I've had her, I have been trying to clean her ear but it smells so bad and so painful she barely lets me touch it. She has debris in her her and latched on her hair that slightest movement hurts her.
I started to put her on her back and let her her flop open and at times I would get toilet paper and put it in her ear and start wiping it do get the puss and water, and I have been doing that couple of times and she is getting use to it little bit, but its like the fluid is reproducing and making it look like I haven't tried to clean it.

My question is, is there any over the counter antiobiotics for her ear I can buy? I really want to get her ear cleaned up. When she shakes her head you can literally her the fluid shaking around in her ear.

you need to take her to the vet, it could be a serious infection.

My mom had a golden that hated having his nails trimmed and ears cleaned. They knocked him out for a very short time and did a heavy cleaning of his ears.

Our golden doodle has problems with his ears if he gets near water. I had to get some ear drying solution from our vet the last time he got an infection. It is called ket flush.

The fluid is prolly super painful for her, if you can get her into a vet that would be the best option.

I would check out Great Plains spca, they help do low cost vet care for people who need the help.

Oxford Animal Hospital is a great place. They will clean the ear and either send you home with ear meds or put a paste in to clear it up depending on which infection it is and severity.

This is their vet center. I would call them to see if they can get you in, or see if the recommendation above is available if it is closer.

When we first adopted our dog she had an ear infection in both ears. It was really bad, just like what you are describing. We tried ear cleaning solution, and multiple meds that you put drops in their ear. One cleared up but took a long time, the other one never did. Someone told my wife that isoproblyn alcohol would work. And sure enough it cleared it right up in no time. Use q-tips and dip it in the alcohol and swab out her ears with it. Don't go to far into the ear canal, just like you wouldn't yourself. When we first started with this she would shake bad because she hated it, but I would just swab then treat, swab then treat. Eventually she just put up with it.
