Default CV axle destroying itself? 3x so far.

It's a 2002 Hyundai Sonata v6. The inside knuckle has destroyed itself three axles in a row. I am at a loss. What am I missing?

Sense, your post lacks it.

The inside knuckle destroys axles? What does that mean, pictures?

something is touching the axle?
suspension bent, cv boot touching something and ripping?
bushings messed up allowing play?

You are right, I am sorry, was frustrated and in a hurry. The Car uses a tripod inboard joint. And three axles in a row have completely busted in the exact same spot. The three pointed yoke completely destroys one of the barrel shaped bearings. Nothing touches the axle, suspension is not bent. The failure occurs immediately upon operation. It just explodes the bearing basically and then proceeds to twist the cv boot, and create a horrible knocking noise. I mean upon first failure the barrel shaped bearing was laying under the car. I've inspected the suspension, engine mounts, and such, and see no problems. The problem started with a low groan, and just went to complete failure. The wheel bearing is fine, not locked up. No damage to the control arms or strut. No damage to the transmission. Any ideas?

What happened to the original axle? Did it suffer the same thing, or was it replaced with parts store axles that had this happen to them?

There is obviously something wrong with the car if it destroyed the original the same as the aftermarkets. I would assume that you have a few bad motor mounts, or something with the suspension that is pushing the axle further towards the transmission. I would check the ball joint, motor mounts, lower control arm, strut mount and so on.

What this guy said.

How's the angle of the axle ? is the car lowered/raised?

I'd vote possible jacked up motor mounts throwing everything out of wack and killing the axle.

The replacements could be the wrong ones (even though they fit) I've seen this happen multiple times. Manufacturers make things to the wrong specs or it's cataloged wrong. Try another axle from a different parts store/manufacturer also. compare axle lengths compressed and decompressed and see what you are missing.
