![]() I have a Suzuki 4 wheeler that has an odd "issue" (well looking on Google / forums etc.. ) it seems to be a common problem with this model (I can find out the specific model off the paperwork) I don't recall off the top of my head
I replaced the battery and it will start and run but it acts like it has a "battery leak" or something is draining power because I can hit the start and it is long cranks and nothing so then I pull start it and it starts. My dad has replaced the battery (obv) and we have trickle charged it when not in use, replaced the stater. I dug into forums years ago and people even went through and replaced the computers (similar results) it is a good 4wheeler and I would like to get it fixed.

![]() There's probably it grounding somewhere. Causing the battery to drain rapidly as well as the weak starting. I had one on my bike and it produced the same issues.

![]() I had a similar issue with a R1 I had in my garage. It ended up being the starter. I took it out and took it to a armature and he cleaned it out and replaced the seal. Said it had oil in it. It starts up perfectly now. I'm not sure if 4wheelers have a rectifier but that could be a issue. I imagine it's something to do starter related/charging system since it seems to start with the engine pull
