Thanks!

I like it a lot, and it has the ďroll barĒ/light bar option which makes or breaks a vert decision appearance wise for me.

If it was stock, that is actually pretty close race, heads up, I'd think.

Yup. Heís got a little more power, but also a few hundred more pounds. And he had a passenger, so that didnít help.

2015-2017 Mustang GT- 1

Me- 0

20 roll. I honked it off and we hit it. I got out a half car by the time I shifted into second and he was at my rear bumper when I shifted into third. Then he came by me like a freight train and there was a half car between me and the rear of his car at the top of third as I shifted to fourth.

Either he spun on the low end and finally hooked, or he sprayed it when I got out on him because his third gear performance was completely different than gears one and two.

It sounded amazing as he came by. Obviously modified.

Thanks for the beating

Mustang GT vs Chevy SS. Unsure if standard or auto.

I was tootling down I70 today on my normal cruise loop and this car I couldn't recognize flies up on me as I’m getting off the highway to turn back.

We both turned at the light back and then got back onto the entrance ramp at Lee’s Summit Rd to I70 and he’s hugging my bumper again. I held it at 25mph for a sec and then hit it. He kept it pretty close.

Seemed like I got a half a car at the hit, then he pulled it back as I shifted, then I added a couple of car lengths before I let off after shifting from 4th to fifth.

He pulled along side after we let off and I waved and gave him a thumbs up. A chase is a race

Edit: I'll get my GoPro slapped on so I can capture these runs.

Roll racing takes out the launch, so MPH is a better comparison there. I think it seemed about right for him to be stock or mostly stock with the couple of cars I pulled.

What, no nitrous buttons on the steering wheel?

Got to go for a ride in a friend's '18 GT over the weekend. Damn thing moves out pretty well.

Update:

Install complete. I delivered the tuning software today, and all that's left is the tuning time on the dyno.

She will be tuned and ready for pickup Thursday. The wife will have to go settle the balance and bring her home. I don't get back to KC until 10.1, so I will just have to be patient....

Update-

She's all done. After further review we played it safe and tuned it down a bit. I'm an expert at blowing shit up with nitrous and didn't want to repeat the mistakes of the past. It's safe for now, so I'll have some fun over the next couple of months as is.

Once winter hits I'll send her back to the shop so we can upgrade the internals and turn up the wick in the spring.
