Default 335i vs Mustang 5.0

I pulled up next to a Mustang GT 5.0 in my 335i tonight on 135th and Antioch.
We could only get 2 short races in due to traffic and stop lights in that area.

First race was from about 40-80mph.
Second race was from 15-85mph.

No honks, we just punched it. Looked like I pulled away from him slowly, but it was hard to tell since the races were so short.
The driver told me his mods (couldn't really hear) then said he dynoed at 416whp. He also had a passenger.

Might seem like a pointless thread, but I was hoping the Mustang driver is on this forum so I could get his opinion on how the races went and possibly get a rematch.

Only picture I managed to get of his car :/

N54 FBO?

Pretty much the expected results imo.

You should pull on mustangs and camaros that are just lightly modded.

No downpipes or FMIC.
Running e85 though.

Not much less hp than him. Probably quite a bit more tq though and you're lighter.

Get down pipes!!!

Vrsf are cheap and work well. Or AR design if you want the best.

VRSF downpipes are next on the list then hopefully fmic before summer.
Just put in the 255 inline last week because my stock lpfp was struggling with all the e85 I put in my car.

JB4 with as much e85 as Josh is running, yes.

Josh, how much e85 are you running?

Mine makes 441wtq. N54 with a good amount of e85 should be about that since he doesn't have DPs.

5.0 makes more hp than tq right?

I'm only using 70% e85 right now, but going to try 100% on my next fill up.
I'm assuming the station in Olathe is only e70 right now?

Full boltons you might see 400ish trq on a 5.0 but thats stock intake manifold, boss losses torque but gains top end and cobra jet gains torque back and more topend fyi.

Don't remember and can't tell by my iPhone pic. The last three letters are "OGF" if that helps

Hah, yup that's my buddies car, I was the passenger.

He's back in South Carolina in the marines. We had just done headers and mid pipes, and he just had it tuned.

He was annoyed he had just done that work and lost those races, lol. Good races though, was fun.

I'm sure he'd be down for a rematch next time he's in town.

Ah. He's in Parris Island. He works in a shop with heavy equipment.
