Default Wheel refurb

I bought a set of wheels for the corvette. My plan was to refurb them myself, but it sounds like when doing a dark color like black or graphite you need to make sure there is no orange peel. I have restored other wheels before, and they came out decent. I am thinking of just having my wheels sandblasted then powdercoated as well.

The Alloy Wheel Repair service charges about $125 a wheel. I found a place that will powdercoat them all for $250.
