Sorry to hear about your friends. Heard on 98.9 some girl called in and said her brother passed from a bike accident. The call was today on air at about 6:00ish. She said he passed yesturday and requested a song for him.
Sure hope you guys pay a little more respect to your murdercycles and how fragile you really are. Your family will appreciate to see you again....even if they dont know it.

Main reason i stick with doors cuz im insane on 2 wheels just pike my dad was.

I was out for a bit last night. I make damned sure people don't box me in, make sure I'm near a shoulder and stay the hell away from retards who like to pace people.

I was only out for about 90 minutes, but saw one person who managed to hit another car and spin by Platte Woods on 29, and what appeared to be a tractor trailer apocolypse off 635 and Kansas Avenue.

Fucking tards. I went home.

Is it a pocket or sewn in? In the case of Alpinestars they usually put a foam insert into the pocket but the pocekt is designed to take a back protector.

They arent as good as one strapped to your body (down go down that far) but they should make a huge difference in elevating you and reducing the risk of more acute impacts. One friend went down HARD and hit a tree and had a back protector shaped outline of a bruise in a couple of days. Lord knows what could have happened if that hit in one single spot.

Yep.

When I ride like an ass I do it in the mountains. But I still commute on them, gives me a bit of joy on the way to and from work.

Yep. I go from just driving too and from work to driving home from work and hitting some off road shenanigans for a while.

I fucking love riding. I did almost 170 miles just roaming around on sunday.

I am convinced if everyone had to ride motorcycle in traffic for a month, we would have less accidents. I can't think of a better way to hone situational awareness skills.

Riding really does make you a better driver.

I just got back from riding down in north Arkansas... Riding mountain roads is easily the most exhilarating feeling I have ever experienced.

Dude, if you ever end up in my neck of the woods you have to get up on the Appalachia. There are even places you can rent bikes if you cant get yours here.

Next weekend I am blasting up to Waynesboro, VA on the Guzzi and then taking 3 days to ride back down. http://www.hooliganrun.com/route

I just went through there in a 18 wheeler, I could only imagine how fun it would be on 2.

I seem to be having a lot of self procreation recently. I find that I am no better than before.
