if you want to make some quick money, buy on its dips and sell on its rises.

it has a pattern of doing that.

news is coming down the pipeline and some was released today.

give it a few days

I know several people who invested all they could into the employee stock options years ago and made...well...lots and lots and lots of money. I think a split was the right thing to do. It makes it more affordable to the common investor.

I've been watching AAPL since 2008 and I swear if a guy times it right, he could pretty much live off buying and selling Apple stock at the right times (among other stocks too of course). It fluctuates a LOT. It was down to just under $400 about a year or so ago (which is ~$55 compared to today's ~$90 per share).

I'm still too chicken to spend large amounts on stock. I took the plunge on MYEC recently. The company turns respectable profits but the stock price is being stubborn. I hope it will make a run eventually.

It does fluctuate a lot. I sold off a couple of my shares when they were at the $700 mark and made a decent profit. I really hope this split makes it more enticing. The employees are excited about it. More of them are putting in their money because it's cheaper now, so hopefully it'll take off again.

You work In the corporate office?
I would be all over the shares at a 15% discount with no required holding period.
Even if the stock is ever way over priced you should still be buying at an instant 15% discount

I work for the corporate team from a home office as a senior advisor.

We can only put 10% of our paycheck into it. Or else I would be putting closer to 50%. Granted I could buy it on my own, but I wouldn't get the discounted rate, nor would I automatically get it for the lowest price of the half.

Let says your check is 5k. $500 every paycheck is nothing to sneeze at.
Not like your trying to flip the stock left and right. You can always sell when the right conditions pop up.

My online broker locked me up once due to Reg T.
Gave them a call and they allowed me to sell anyway
They don't worry about us small timers.

I have 730 shares of DGAZ at 2.59, hit a high of 3.11 today. Didn't have a sell in place but put one in for 3.15 Would be a nice 20% gain in 15 days or so.

MINE looks enticing at .011.. could catch a pop up to .017 and make a few hundred here and there

try it.
it usually has a pattern of up down up down.

catch it on the down slope and wait a few days/week and profit
