Not that serious. Speaking of which I need to change rubbers on mine. It's been too long.

Title: Samurai Master of Innovation
Company: Redemption Plus

What do I do?
In "normal" business terms, I am a CTO. I serve as the technology leader for our company and help make sure that our company is focused on our Purpose. Part of that is helping guide business decisions and creating strategies with the rest of our leadership team. I continuously look for the latest and greatest tools (software/hardware) to empower our team to make their work as efficient and impactful as possible. Driving process creation and continuous improvement practices so that we reduce variance (errors) as little as possible to reduce waste & re-work for our Customers is a big part of my daily focus.

I've been out our company 5 years and I love it here. Our culture is amazing and cannot imagine going back to a typical corporate environment ever again.

Our office as of 2014, http://tinyurl.com/graff4s , we're in the process of re-design right now.

How did you guys add the Interior shots into Google? My real estate company has dabbled into the Matterport cameras...so I'm familiar with the technology...but I didn't think of submitting that work directly to Google to use in Google Places.

Wichita does pretty much suck. I go there often for work

I am an independent business owner distributing for companies online. I love what I do because I get to help the younger generation learn about entrepreneurship. Having a vested interest in someones success is a great feeling! There is such a sense of accomplishment when you see the ones you train succeed! I wouldn't trade it for the world.

I'm a commissioned officer in the US Army; one of the three logistics branches. Currently a platoon leader for a unit on a rotational deployment to South Korea. I'm essentially the face of my 48 guys success/failure to accomplish their maintenance mission of tracked and wheeled vehicles. Fun job, because I'll rotate into another junior officer position in 9-12 months.

I was never in the AF. I enlisted in the Army in 2007, got out in 2011. College from '11-'14. Worked at USAA for a year, till I was able to get back into the Army via Officer Candidate School. Have been active duty since last October.

I own a local Kansas City search engine optimization company called SEO Services KC, and I also work for an inbound marketing company called Lure Creative, Inc. which is based in Overland Park, KS. Previously worked in ad sales, wasn't a fan lol.

Changed jobs about a year ago. I'm now a Solutions Engineer IV for Kansas City Southern. Basically I'm the senior member and lead of the Windows server team and I act as the second to the Linux group.

As part of the Data Center Services unit my team is responsible for the server health on a variety of systems related to the railroad and it's operation. This includes systems on both the management side in our offices throughout the US and Mexico as well as on board train, rail, and signaling systems.

We should talk.

I am a corporate learning and development/organizational development specialist. Basically I design and implement training modules/programs, to streamline a workforce & increase efficiency, and retention.

Wife and I are also wedding/portrait photographers. I do some independent automotive photography, and sell automotive art.

Finally I detail cars in between all that craziness.
