That is what I was going to get at. I was told they haven't switched to e70 at the gas station on Grand yet.

i would be using the valero in olathe but yes that is my concern, should I hold off till summer? guess i would have to check with that valero.
like I said i ordered the fuel rail, now Im looking for some good 1000cc topfeeds , but damn they are expensive !! is Dworks the best ? I found some other brand on injectorclinc.com but I know bad things can happen if they fail under load.

Grab one of these and you can test it yourself:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Quick-Fuel-3...#ht_2184wt_907

What year is your STi? ID1000 (Injector Dynamics) is your best bet.

No problem. Have you swapped to topfeed then?

Here's my view on it if your setup is requiring 1000CC injectors and E85 I really don't think you should be concerned about mileage when you could be running $15 a gallon fuel. I have ran Olathe E85 before with no problems. Yes the mileage does suck...but what do you expect?

I wouldn't go with anything other than Injector dynamic 1000cc.

Even if it was E70 its not that much of a difference just check for knock and your afr and you should be good to go.

Well E85 or 91 is a no brainer if those are the choices. My 408 wouldn't pull more than 11 degrees timing and 10 pounds of boost on 91 before knock would pick up. E85 I lost 4 MPG but gained 20 pounds of boost and 10 degrees timing and the motor runs cooler.

My car liked E70 winter blend better - not just cold starts - but drive-ability wise it was a bit smoother too.

Sure it left 15or so WHP on the table versus the Summer blend, but it drove much better and on the highway with ID1000's it would get 25-28mpg driving to HPT for a track day on E85.

With the proper amount of volume (2 X -8an feed lines and 2 X Bosh044's) I ran up to 630~ whp on 1000's with E885 and a BW S259. (E70 BTW).

Stock Turbo STi? - I think the 05's are top feed as it is. TGV deletes? Parallel fuel set-up yet?

The USDM STi VF's all top out about 350-370HP and 380-420ft/lbs on Corn with ID1000's and a good fuel pump upgrade.

I have ID1000's , highly suggest them. I'm idling around 1.5ms pulsewidth with no issues.

If you wait til black Friday they will be on sale.
