Saturday night I was out drinking, drank a few more than I should've when I left to go buy a pack of cigarettes and was stupid on the way back to the house haha I peeled out going through an intersection and got pulled over. Luckily I passed the field sobriety test and didn't get a DWI but they gave me a CNI for peeling out.

Is it worth the money to get this taken off my record? I know it's gonna put points against me and make insurance go up so I'm wondering if I should get this taken off or just take the points?

In almost every circumstance, it is worth it to try to amend a moving violation to a non-moving violation. You not only save the points against your license, but you keep your insurance rates lower.
