Default Cooking items that you cannot live without

I had a friend of mine making an Ikea run the other day, and I had them pick up three of these woks, so we could get rid of ours (two of the same woks), that have had years of use on them. I thought I would post up, and see if there is anything that you use in the kitchen that make your life easier or better on a regular basis.

I was skeptical when we originally got these years ago because of the cheap price. You won't mistake them for a high dollar pan - it is a plastic handle and they are not overly heavy, but the ease of cleanup on these things is ridiculous. We have some very nice stainless cookware, but end up using these more because of that.

Another thing that we have used a ton is a large counter top oven/air fryer/broiler/toaster. My wife was skeptical that we would use a toaster oven, but after a while, we upgraded to a larger one to be able to handle more things. It is a lot easier and quicker than using the oven, and the taste/texture is better than out of the microwave.

So what do you all use?

A good cast iron skillet is a must have. A pressure/rice cooker is a pretty convenient thing to have around the house (I cook a lot of Indian food), but by far the most cherished is the crock pot. I'm always on the go, so that thing comes in handy all the time, and especially on weekends when I'm swamped. Plus I make a pretty mean Chili!

Also if we're friends on facebook, you've read my air fryer stories lmao.

A cast iron skillet and an air fryer serve about 90% of my cooking.
