Default Stamped Concrete Patio is in!

The crew I chose knocked this thing out in 3 days. Family and I are more than pleased. Everyone who's seen it thinks it's a wise investment, especially since the 10x10 slab was split and falling apart..

If anyone wants the name of the company that did the work, drop me a PM.

Thanks! Yeah the old 10x10 slab had about enough space for a single small chair and my grill lol!

Out of curiosity who is the company? I don't feel like writing in two spots so no PM. Looks good. Mine is still scheduled for June new deck + 18x25 patio.

Hey, I know those guys! I've known Caleb and the owner, Juan, for years. They just did a similar patio and sidewalk in our back yard, and we love it.

Looks really good man. I like the border a lot, I'm going with no border given the sitting wallad and design. Any other plans for the backyard project?

I really like the look of it. Rustic, but clean. What does a pad like this run, if you don't mind me asking?

Other projects include tear out of a mulch flower bed and replace it with river rock like we've done to the rest of our beds. We're aiming for minimal maintenance other than mowing.. I also put in two Lilac bushes to help mask neighbor's back yards. Just trying to add a little privacy.

We may add a sitting wall in the future but it was significant $$$ and we had a budget.

The main color of the patio was mixed in and the border was painted on.

Price was under 6k. That included demo of the old pad, routing of our sump and drains underneath and circular stairs which we really like. There was a discount of 5% if we handed Juan a cashiers check vs using a credit card. We got him the check and it's all good!

Nice! One of the best upgrades a homeowner with the basic 10x10 slab can make!

On mine they added the first color in the mix. After pouring, they go back over it with the stamping and a 2nd color. I'm assuming they did his the same.

Here's what ours looks like. Ignore the rest of the backyard. We're still working on everything else.

That looks awesome. I am thinking about doing that to my driveway...
How much did that small area cost?

Less than 6k for full tear out of the wood deck steps and the 10x10 patio.. Here's the ghetto old patio..
