03 Civic key replacement...where to buy? - KCSR

I have a 2003 civic lx that I need to get a duplicate key made. I have an oem honda key. The dealer wants an arm and a leg for one.

Whats the best/cheapest place to get a key cut and programmed in KC? Preferably on the north end, but if its worth it I'll drive anywhere.

you probably have to have oem honda software to program it, not sure though
