This review is long over due, but I am glad I finally got around to it. If you are considering a set of HIDs for your car I would highly recommend will over buying a cheap set off of DDM Tunings website. DDM Tuning cannot match quality of service nor the quality of product offered by HouseofHID. HouseofHID stands behind its 2-year warranty that they offer with their product.

A prime example of his the company's great service is my experience right before leaving for TX2k12. I had called Will and left him a message stating I was having some issues with one of my HID headlights. He immediately returned my phone call and offered to meet with me so that he could diagnose the problem. After examining the headlight for a few minutes, Will determined that there was an issue with the ballast. I told him that I was leaving for TX meet in the next 48 hours and did not have time to wait for a replacement to be shipped to him. He told me that I would not have to wait for replacement to be shipped. Will immediately left to find me a replacement for my ballast in his current stock. I received a phone call back from Will in 15 minutes. He informed me that he had found me a replacement and that he was willing to meet me so that he could replace the ballst for me. In a matter of 45 minutes, I was back in business and ready to go down to Texas. Will dropped everything he was doing to make sure that at the end of the day he had a satisfied customer.

Cliffs: Do NOT buy HIDs from DDM Tuning because they will NOT be able to match the service provided by HouseofHID.
