Sim cards make GSM better than CDMA, hands down. I had Tmobile back in the states and LOVED that no matter where i got the phone from (as long as it was GSM) i could pop in my Sim card and i was good to go.
I change phones so often that i simply HAVE to have a sim card.
Does sprint still charge their stupid ass 36$ fee for changing phones? know for the time i sold them at UE and even when i worked for Tmo and was competing against them they charged people 18 or 36$ just to switch phones. Sometimes if you called them and asked they'd waive it, but usually they wouldnt.

No you can change your phone using the online interface. I change to my Treo Pro from my EVO when I am going camping or going out to a concert or event. It takes around 5-7 minutes to change the phone.
