Decided to stay in last night due to the storms, so as usual I played wanna be chef.

Lamb chops with red wine pan sauce, drizzled with a rosemary balsamic reduction, sautéed red Swiss chard with onions and asparagus.

Marinade: lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary,thyme, garlic, pepper.

Searing on high heat while making the balsamic reduction.

After removing the chops I added more garlic and thyme to the pan, then deglazed the char from the pain using red wine to create a pan sauce. Which I then poured over the resting chops.
