Simple and TASTY way to add BIG calories to your daily plan.

Here is an EASY and tasty way to add calories to your daily diet for those of you that have a hard time gaining weight.

Igredients!
1 Cup Natural PB(I use skippy but you're welcome to use any brand or really any kind of nut butter your like)
1 cup honey
3 cups old fashioned oats
8 scoops protein powder(isolate, trutein, paleo grassfed beef isolate, I don't give a shit, just make it something you like and will eat!)

Now put in all in a bowl and mix that shit together, it's gonna get THICK maybe use a mixer or a huge wooden spoon, just do whatever it takes to mix it together. You may need to add some water, just do so a tablespoon or so at a time until it's the consistency that you want!

THEN

press into a pan, and let sit overnight in the fridge to firm up. IF you want to be the BIG DOG on the block you'll cut it into 4 equal sqares.

Each square should be about

1,050 calories
37.5g of Fat
121g of Carbs
72g of Protein

if that's too much, cut it into eighths and enjoy! These are so easy and a great way to add some calories to your day in a good easy to make, keep and eat bar and WAY better then the protein bars you'll buy out. If you want to get fancy feel free to add some m&m's, butterscotch chips etc to them just bear in mind those add to the carb and fat count.

Clear Bra Installer?

I hope someone on here can recommend a good Clear Bra shop.

Have tried Dustin with Midwest Tint, but have not been able to get a return call. I guess I could drive all the way out to Lees Summit for a quote.

Tried the guys in Lenexa the PDI Clear Bra, after several messages left, he finally updated his Voicemail that he on Vacation until the 29th, no return call there either.

I need the entire front of the GT-R done, Bumper, Fenders, Hood, etc. The sooner the better!
